We provide collections and digital inventory management to free up our clients to focus on other matters. For physical collection management, we will help organize and curate your pieces, whether they are in your gallery, home, or storage.

In the digital sphere, we can handle inventory and website updates for your collection. We have worked extensively with databases that include ArtBinder, Artlogic, Artwork Archive, Artsy, Artnet, and more.

We know that not every collector, dealer, or artist studio has the time to construct a well organized inventory system. Whether you are starting from scratch or your inventory system is a work in progress, we will come and devise a plan to complete that system in a way that fits your specific inventory. No two collections are the same, so each system will be tailored specifically to you.

We have cataloged entire bodies of work for artists and galleries that previously had no inventory system in place, and organized extant systems. Different levels of work apply depending on your archival needs, and we are here to meet them.

Whatever your researching needs, we are here to help. We have vast experience using library and historical center catalogs, academic databases, and recording information from written and oral interviews. Clanci Jo has been published on art news websites and academic journals, and written countless press releases, artist bios, artwork fact sheets, and exhibition statements. She is also available for lectures and has presented at institutions of higher learning that include The College of William & Mary.

Whether you are curating a gallery space, pop-up, art fair booth – or just your living room – we have got you covered.

Our curation style draws on pop culture, travel, activism, and the natural world, all based on a strong foundation of art history. We can bring our style to your project, or base the curation off your own signature style. Past curation projects have taken place in New York City, Tucson, and online.

Working in photography for over 10 years, we know that every subject is unique – and fine art is no different. Varnish, glare on glass, patina, tone, and dimension all play a part in fine art photography, and not all photographers have experience with these variables (or art handling in general). When you hire us to photograph your work, you can feel confident that we will handle the works appropriately and provide stunning, high resolution images.

While our design capabilities extend to marketing material and advertisements, our bread and butter is catalog and book design. If you are looking to create a digital or print publication, your search has ended. We have created dynamic catalogs for our gallery clients, and hope you will choose us for your next project. For samples of past projects, email clancijo@gmail.com.

Do you love to travel? Do you love art? Let us help you plan! As world travelers and art lovers, we are excited to add art and culture based travel itineraries to our offerings. We will help assemble the itinerary of your dreams, whatever your budget is. For a flat fee, we can provide itineraries with no cost activities if you are looking to keep expenses low, or luxury experiences for when you want to treat yourself. Modern or historic, art or history, culture or nature, food or shopping, single day or month long plan – you can choose your priorities, and we will do the rest. Your itinerary is based on YOU!

Music, like art, has the ability to create an atmosphere, to set the mood. We build custom playlists to complement your event, be it a huge opening reception or an intimate dinner party. Planning events can be stressful with so much to think about; let us handle the audio-ambience and elevate your gathering.

We provide transport for small to medium size artworks within a 3-hour radius of Manhattan, as well as transport along the I-95 corridor between New York and Richmond. We also provide transport from New York along the Eastern Shore to Norfolk. We do pick ups along these routes from auction houses, complete deliveries for galleries, etc. See below map for illustration of routes.
